AyahEcho
Delete your account
Last updated: August 8, 2026
You can request permanent deletion of your AyahEcho account and associated server-side data. This page explains what is deleted and how to ask.
How to request deletion
- Email support@ayahecho.com from the same email address associated with your AyahEcho sign-in (Google, Apple, or email OTP), or include enough detail for us to identify the account (for example your public ID).
- Use the subject line Delete my AyahEcho account.
- We will confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
What we delete
- Your account profile (display name, public ID, entitlement flags, visibility settings).
- Server-stored Listen / Follow History and favorites tied to your account.
- Recognition feedback records associated with your account, where stored.
What may remain
- Short-lived operational logs that are rotated in the normal course of running the service.
- Data we must retain for legal, security, or accounting reasons (we minimize this).
- Content already delivered to other users during a live Follow session (ephemeral rooms end when the broadcast stops; followers’ own History, if any, is separate).
- Purchase records held by Apple or Google under their policies (manage subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play).
Guest use
If you only used Follow as a guest without creating an account, there is typically no cloud account to delete. Clear the app’s local data or uninstall the app to remove on-device data.
Privacy
For how we handle data more broadly, see the Privacy Policy.
